BUILT. OPERATIONAL. PROVEN.
THE VIEW - OMAN
The View sits above Al Hamra in Oman's Hajar Mountains. Conceived, designed, and built in under twelve months by HYVVU's Chief Design Officer, it transformed a remote mountainside into one of the region's most distinctive destinations.
It has been profitable every year since it opened, for over a decade of continuous commercial performance. It remains the most durable asset in the Zahara Group's portfolio, one of Oman's longest-established tourism organisations, recognised by IATA, ASTA, SITE, and Virtuoso.
The numbers are straightforward. ADRs of $220–$340. Annual occupancy of 60–70%. EBITDA margins of 32–38%. All achieved with limited facilities, a basic operating structure, and no structured programming.
What drove performance was not amenities. It was scarcity, landscape, and the design’s emotional precision. Guests returned because the space made them feel something. That is pricing power built on experience, not infrastructure.
KINGScOTE BARN - ENGLAND
In the Cotswolds, a HYVVU-designed treehouse operates as the flagship accommodation at Kingscote Barn, one of England's most awarded venue destinations.
It has been their best-selling room for five years running, sustaining occupancy above 90%. In a competitive English countryside market, a HYVVU building consistently outperforms every other accommodation option on the same estate.
Different geography. Different market. Same result: when the architecture is precise and the setting is respected, demand follows.
THE PIPELINE
HYVVU is currently engaged with landowners and development partners across the United Kingdom, the USA, India, and Indonesia. Each engagement begins at the concept stage, where design, delivery, and operational strategy are aligned from the outset.
Project-level details are shared under an NDA with qualified capital and strategic partners.
THE BRIDGE
The View & Kingscote succeeded with simple tools, limited facilities, fragmented operations and no structured programming. HYVVU takes every variable that drove that success and engineers it forward: higher specification, integrated operations through MODA, precision manufacturing, embedded ESG, and a full regenerative experience layer.
The View achieved an ADR of $220–$340. Kingscote $350-$400. HYVVU is designed for $820–$880+.
That gap is not an aspiration. It is the measurable distance between proven fundamentals and a fully engineered system built on top of them.
