HYVVU is led by a founding team with over a century of combined experience across regenerative architectural design, international hotel operations, asset management, financial governance, risk advisory, and advanced construction systems.
Collectively, the team has overseen more than 2,000 operating hotel rooms, delivered and managed complex hospitality platforms across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean, structured multi-million-pound operational programmes, and developed scalable, modular and off-grid infrastructure frameworks engineered for capital efficiency and resilience.
HYVVU is structurally integrated. Design, commercial modelling, operational execution, and ESG performance are aligned from inception. That integration reduces development risk, shortens time to stabilisation, and protects margin integrity over time.
Ranjay leads design, sustainability, and systems architecture across THE HYVVE and HYVVU. He is the originator of the HYVVEBLEND modular framework and the VITA off-grid utility platform, engineered systems that compress delivery timelines, reduce embodied carbon, and materially improve capital efficiency per key.
With a background in design innovation and modern methods of construction, his work sits at the intersection of architecture, manufacturing logic, and regenerative performance. At HYVVU, design is not an aesthetic overlay; it is infrastructure. Ranjay ensures that every sanctuary is engineered for planning resilience, operational efficiency, and premium positioning from day one.

Co-Founder & ChairmanKevin brings over forty years of senior leadership across international hotel operations and asset governance. As co-founder of HOST Somerset Ltd (now HI WEST Ltd), he has overseen more than 2,200 rooms in operation and managed complex hospitality portfolios serving institutional-grade clients.
At HYVVU, Kevin leads financial strategy, capital structuring, and fiscal governance. His experience across development cycles, operating platforms, and investor reporting provides the economic spine of the business. Regenerative intent is matched with disciplined commercial oversight.
Duncan has more than three decades of senior operational experience across Europe, the Caribbean, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Through MODA Hotel & Resort Management and HI WEST Ltd, he has led openings, turnarounds, and sustained performance delivery across diverse hospitality environments.
At HYVVU, Duncan translates design intent into operational precision. Service standards, host culture, systems integration, and guest journey design are embedded early in the development process. This alignment protects ADR, consistency, and long-term asset performance.
